WARNING - DANGER
READ THIS BEFORE YOU DO BUSINESS WITH
Carolina Fun Machines, founded in 2008 is a retailer located in North Carolina, USA In December of 2015 we ordered and paid for $28,805 worth of Smart Balance Wheels from FSX International - Doing Business As Wind-Goo.
Wind-Goo took our money, lied to us and never lived up to their agreement or warranty. And when we finally received some product from them the product was no good and they provided no warranty at all even though they advertised a 1 year warranty.
Becky Li, their CEO and their Systems Engineer Mark cannot be trusted and will lie to you every chance they can.
Here are some of the details of our experience.
FSX International - Doing Business Aa Wind-Goo
Chinese office is located at:
5th Floor, Building 7
Changfeng Industrial Park
Guangming New Area
Their US warehouse is located at:
1933 W. 11th Street, Suite F
Upland, CA 91786
Their Director/CEO/General Manager is:
Ms. Becky Li
And to our understanding she is working out of the US office.
US Phone Number is 909 551-1610.
We place an order for 103 Smart Balance Wheels on December 1, 2015.
Payment in the amount of $28,805 was wired to them on December 1, 2015.
Delivery was to be 3 to 5 days, door to door service from their California warehouse.
On December 5th we received an email from Mark (our contact and their engineer) stating the 103 units had shipped and we should receive them around Friday or Weekend.
On December 13th I sent an email to Mark asking where the order was and he replied stating it was near our state.
On December 15th Mark said they were already at CLT (Charlotte) airport and we would have them in 2 days.
On December 24th Mark said that the 103 units had cleared Customs and would be delivered.
We spoke with US Customs on January 4th and they informed us that the Wind-Goo Smart Balance Wheels did not clear US Customs and had been seized.
On January 5, 2016 I sent an email to Mark indicating that due to the delays and misinformation provided over the last month about the order we were canceling and that I would send him our account information so they could wire back our payment.
That email was sent later in the day. At this point they went quiet.
On January 12, 2016 I sent an overnight letter to Ms. Becky Li at their US warehouse and it was refused and sent back.
We have held a US Customs Bond for the last 9 years and have imported products from a number of Chinese companies without any issues.
Becky Li, their CEO and Mark, their Systems Engineer, can not be trusted and if you do business with them you will end up being ripped off and stuck with junk products with no support or warranty.
