Service Phone Support
If you own a scooter and do a lot of the work on it yourself and find that you need access from time to time to a qualified service technician we have a program just for you.
Our service support program allows you access, during our normal business hours to one of our mechanics.
HOW DOES THE PROGRAM WORK?
First you call our service department and indicate that you want to setup a Service Support Contract. They will take all your information and set an account up for you to use.
When you set the account up you have an option of choosing how much time you want to reserve with one of our mechanics. The minimum amount of time you can reserve is 60 minutes. This pre-paid support time can be used as needed over the next 12 months, or until it is all used up. Whichever happens first.
WHAT IS THE COST?
The cost is $65.00 per hour.

No, customers that have purchased a new scooter from us receive free phone support.
